Competitive Pay

We pay above industry standard — from $13.73/hr for crew up to $18.00/hr for Assistant Managers, and $52k–$60k salaried for General Managers. Your work is worth it.

For most of our entry-level roles (FOH Cashier, BOH Line Cook) — no. We hire on attitude and train on skill. For Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, and above, yes, we look for prior experience.

Schedules vary by location and role. We offer full-time, part-time, and flexible shifts. We do our best to accommodate school, family, and other commitments — especially for entry-level positions.
